The service the company provide was a disaster,during the pick up time I had to try couple of times due to the driver not picking up the item on the selected time slots, the clothes that was returned are all crumpled and messy.They do NOT know how to fold clothes professionally, it is like a job done by a 2 years old kid. There is no fragrance at all after washing. Not recommended for others!!! Please do not use this service!!!!!!!

Keep contacting me to change the time of my pick up and delivery, not only on one occasion. I used this service a few times and not once has my pick up and delivery time been within the time I chose, leading to multiple calls, text, and I'm sure, a pretty worn out delivery guy who didn't even get my address right and almost left my clothes at the wrong house. I have used similar services in the UK, and they have 15 minute time slots, always on time, no excuses.
