This is for used cars, not for Isuzu Ute. Like any other dealership. Will give you absolute minimal for your good car and charge you absolute maximum for their bad car. The only good thing about it is a smooth money transaction.

Driving to sydney from victoria for the new year at the same time the car will be due for 30,000kms service. Therefore, decided to booked the car (Jan 4) at peter warren isuzu ute the booking went smoothly with loan car but a day before (Jan 3) staff rang me and told me that they don't have a loan car available. I was told that I can wait for 3-4hrs until service was done, I am on holiday with my wife and 2 kids (17 and 7).

Thanks to TJ for making the recent purchase of Isuzu D-Max so easy and enjoyable. Nothing was a problem for TJ, from the first phone call I made through to the handover he made the process smooth and professional. This made our 2 hour trip to the dealership well worth it.I've purchased plenty of new cars over the years but the service I received from these guys was 2nd to none.Thanks again to TJ and his team.

I have my 2022 Isuzu D-Max, De-Troy was amazing and I recommend him. However, the service team today completely wasted my time and are terrible. I dropped my ute off at 8am and was told to pick it up at 2pm, I got there 2pm, waited in a very small room with no space and did not receive it until 3pm. When I finally received my ute late after an hour I was told that they did nothing to my ute and there were no faults. This is absurd because I specifically provided the service team with a video of the issue with the windshield wipers and they said it is not covered by warranty. That is unacceptable as the car is only 4 weeks old. I will never use Peter Warren service again.

I have been to Peter Warren Isuzu servicing a number of times, for both servicing and recently a warranty repair. On every occasion Rosie went above and beyond to organize parts and repairs quickly, and kept me informed the entire time. She had great, friendly customer service, I highly recommend.

I went to Peter Warren Isuzu yesterday and was given exceptional service by TJ. I was then introduced to Norman who also provided exceptional service. I would have loved to do business with Peter Warren but unfortunately the car I want is not in stock and won't be available until after I need it. Maybe my next new car!
