After a recent weather event our entertainment system that we purchased some years ago from the Big Picture People at Fountain Gate would not work. We thought it was the receiver box and took this down to the Big Picture People store at Clyde North. Dale was awesome and said they would have a look and run some tests and see if they could figure out what was wrong. After a couple of days, Dale called and said they had done a reset and it was all good and working without issue.Dale said if we get it home and the system still won’t work, it could be the projector that is the issue.Dale gave us a contact number forAlex to come and have a look if we needed further help/tests.When we reconnected the receiver, the system still wouldn’t work and we ended up having to call Alex who was amazing too and quickly got to the root of the problem.Dale and the team at Big Picture People in Clyde North could not have done more for us and we are thankful this type of customer service still exists. We would not go anywhere else for any future purchases - you guys are amazing, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. A big thanks!
