BCivil traffic controller advised that “legislation” dictates their huge rattling truck used to block Sturt St Ballarat must idol chugging during the Anzac Day dawn service. Granted Bcivil did turn it off part way through the service. But really? I genuinely want to know what this legislation is… BCivil please publish publicly…. Your staff were fast to jump down my throat dictating this “legislation” when I politely & quietly asked if the truck could be turned off out of respect and we couldn’t hear the MC.
