Good store with all departments there. Often out of stock of products and the clothes section normally very messy. Check out lines reasonable. Prices amazing

Kmart is a wonderful store. I think the business model is really good. I came upon this clothing which is very well promoted. Made from cotton sourced in Australia and made in India. That’s such a nice promotion increasing well being and some employment overseas with major ingredient and major employment in Australia. Otherwise it’s always made 95%from imported ingredient.

Shelves were mostly empty, not good for browsing. Stock levels online do not reflect the stock levels in store. BARE shelves in every section we visited. It looked like the store is trying to sell as much stock as possible before closing its doors for good. Not a good experience as a customer.We checked all the items we wanted online before visiting to ensure we could plan and budget appropriately. To our surprise, 6/7 of the household items we wanted were not available, despite showing as available in the Chatswood store online.In regard to one of the items we wanted, a staff member said the system was showing that the store had a lot of stock but that they hadn’t sold any in ages. I suspect this is why further stock hadn’t been ordered or put on display.Seems that Kmart is going out of business or needs better internal processes to ensure the shelves aren’t mostly empty.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of customer service I received at your Kmart store in Chatswood today. As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed shopping at this store after work, but my recent experience has left me feeling disrespected and humiliated.While waiting in line to pay for my items, the customer lead directed us to one of the counters. However, the staff member at that counter, a young man with tall, blonde hair and who appeared to be around 20 years old, was incredibly rude to me and my companion, who has an Asian face. He rolled his eyes at us and stated that he was not going to serve us, despite the fact that we were patiently waiting in line. To add insult to injury, he grabbed a not in service" sign from another counter and slammed it down in front of us with great force

An fairly good shop with a massive variety of usually cheap things. It's a good shop with lots of items, almost everything that you need for a good price. The service is usually pretty good but just the other days I was informed by a worker that they had an item in stock when they didn't. I wasted a bit of time on that. Overall, a good shop just a bit of a disappointing experience in the end.

I Shop at Kmart Chatswood on Sunday the 21st of May and been shopping there for years now .. its always been an empty looking shop especially last time I shop.. my gf cant buy her working pants as its out of stock.. also the car holder we wanted is out of stock too.. even before I’m already complaining the availability of their stores as Ive been shopping here for years now and hasnt been changed.. its like workers here doesnt care at all eveb their shop is looking empty all the time.. ive been in other kmarts and it was full and there I can find the products I need.. since Chatswood is closer to me so That’s why I always try my luck that Kmart Chatswood branch will change and have the products I need Available for me..

In addition to some pretty poor customer service at the service desk, I’ve never seen a more disgusting store in my life. Without any exaggeration, there wasn’t a single item hanging in the cosmetics section, instead the stock was sprawled across the floor with rubbish mixed in between. Wish I took a photo, but I couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Lots of Christmas stuff already, however that departments is pretty messy at the moment. Not a big fan of the new checkout, it’s in the middle of the store and you’ve got to walk back through the entire store to get out. However the homewares section is massive and has lots of cheap great quality things. I bought a 40x15x1cm marble chopping board for $10!!
