I experienced excessive moisture coming through the slab as a result of the renovation works. Turned out the builder compromised the integrity of my building envelope by drilling hundreds of holes in my concrete slab. Spent a long time looking for someone to provide technical advices and finally landed with Waterstop Solutions through an industry leading waterproofing material supplier. The inspector came out and carried out an independent assessment, he was not only professional and knowledgeable but very understanding.A quotation for repair works was produced very quickly, as well as a follow up phone call. The website is also full of useful information for consumers to educate themselves. The issue is still work in progress, but knowing I can rely on Waterstop Solutions definitely eases some of the stress. Thank you for your assistance to date, 100% recommend!-Update-Unfortunately the legislation forces consumers to give the same builder opportunity to rectify their defective works. However, Waterstop Solutions continues to provide support in explaining what needs to be done, and can also conduct peer review on the builder's proposal.

Update; August-2019:After consulting with Harold for just some additional work to finalise our subterranean wall: just a few additional areas that needed treatment, the existing locations where previous waterproofing was done are still watertight. He was most professional and detailed in his inspection and their technician Mick completed the works and cleaned up the area afterwards in a courteous and professional manner. We are now full steam ahead for our downstairs renno to commence. Where other water proofing businesses would have given up on our project after just a few months, Waterstop Solutions stuck with us and powered on, tried a number of techniques, conducted some very intense R&D (even going to the effort of constructing a replica wall of ours on their site) and found us a working solution after a long year of trial and error.Big thanks to Chris, Harold, Josh and their great team of technicians in successfully solving a most challenging and lengthy project.
