Unfortunately I had nothing but trouble from this business the initial correspondence was fantastic and then there was issues with getting InTouch with the original salesperson. I had ordered over $4000 worth of stock months ago. I was recently told the warehouse was unable to locate one of the toilets I ordered and then somehow found it. The day before the order was to be delivered to my property I was told the supplier delivered the wrong laundry sink and that it was their fault. Cooke and bathe takes no ownership for issues. I get it mistakes happen but this stuff was ordered months ago and when accepting orders from suppliers maybe you should check the stock your accepting is the right stock. To get the sink I had ordered months in advanced delivered due to this error, I was advised was a 2 week wait. I have organised tradies to come in to install things in given time and this wasn't good enough. Another business I got In touch with who reside in Sydney delivered it in 3 business days. Requesting a refund was also hard enough as instead of refunding me I was charged on my credit card. This has since been rectified. Appalling service overall. Stop lying to your clients. I went though their sister company initially for my cabinetry and was told one price with finger pull cabinets and to then be told something else significantly more costly. You have some amazing quality products but the service needs improvement. The only positive in your business was Leo. The initial salesman should get some training in customer service. I don't like naming and shaming. But you know exactly who you are and what you did.

My experience with Jacob was fantastic. He was professional and efficient in aiding me throughout my kitchen plans. He made great suggestions and has really good vision - I highly recommend seeking him for sales assistance. Timothy from the warehouse was also lovely and had great customer services. Overall great experience with Cook & Bathe and will be returning for my upcoming bathroom renovations.

My partner and I attended the Melbourne homeshow last month and casually wandered into Cooke and Bathe trying to gather ideas for appliances. Best decision we made ! Kapil's professional knowledge and experience helped us pick and choose all our appliances. We left the homeshow to visit their showroom only to return and leave a deposit ! I was disappointed with the unprofessional experience dealing with Cooke and Bathe mainly because of one staff at the Fawkner store that interacted with me rudely over the phone. I paid fully upfront for a special order spa bath and was initially told 4-6 weeks on placing the order, which became 3 mths and then was finally delivered 4 months after.I understand the times we live in with covid delays. The issue I had was that neither was the delivery update given proactively nor any explanation given for the extended delays. I had to call up to get an update. After waiting 3 months I was only two days away from the delivery when I called and found out that it was going to be another month away!! I asked the staff at the Fawkner store the reason for the delay and asked why they were not doing more to chase or speed it up or keep me informed. He asked me if I thought he was making the bath with a hammer and chisel" at the back of the showroom." Quite an outrageous attitude to have!As a customer all I expected was to feel heard and that everything was being done to ensure the order arrived as early as possible. I got the impression that you didn't care. Also made me assume that someone else received my order instead of me and I was being pushed around."

Cook and Bathe Burwood.Had one of the best customer service experience so far when dealing with Cook and Bathe Burwood.I was in a bit of a strife and needed appliances urgently.Mel from Cook and Bathe Burwood went above and beyond to help me out. Some of the appliances were not available and Mel went out of her way to check alternatives i.e. a different brand but with same specifications.She followed through till the end and ensured the whole process was smooth for me and even checked how I went with the pick of appliances from the warehouse.I would strongly suggest that if you are looking for a great customer experience and in search for appliances go ask for Mel at the Cook and Bathe Burwood store.
