I used their full services of Staging, Cleaning and Maintenance. As a rookie seller, Lauren and the team made it easy! The cost was so reasonable, everything came out amazing and Lauren in particular had a great eye for detail and was intuitive to what I needed to get the house sold. She was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and responsive. Could not recommend this team enough. My house sold in two weeks, and I believe Lauren’s magic was the key.

We were put in contract with Mitchell + Beasley via our real estate agents in relation to the sale of our property. From the moment we contacted them, we were delighted with the responsiveness of the team. When we got to meet face 2 face at the property, their skill and professionalism continued to shine through.We engaged their team to carry out some minor (but needed) renovations on the property, and to also carry out property styling in preparation for photography and sale. The team came back with some really great suggestions, which we were happy to go with, but they also went above and beyond in doing some additional work to really make the property shine...The end result of all of their work was nothing short of miraculous! Lauren and the team provided an absolutely seamless experience. They were flexible with their initial set up date and were very prompt in being able to pack down and remove the staging from my property. The staging itself was very suitable for the property I had listed and was noted from the prospective purchasers as being very stylish. I can almost guarantee that my ROI of using Mitchell + Beasely was at least 5x the very fair pricing of their staging. Would recommend and will be using them again!
