My wife and I had the pleasure of buying our new caravan from jayco nowra recently. The whole team were very helpful and no requests was gone unattendedand were dealt with immediately. With saying that our salesman dave grey was on a whole new level as a salesman, wasn't trying to push caravans on to us he took note and listened to our needs and what we wanted in a caravan. Being a first time caravan buyer David took the time explaining how it all works tip's and tricks of the caravanning world and got us the the best suited and best deal we had found in NSW Jayco nowra has a customer for life with my wife and I and urge anyone looking to buy a new or used caravan to go and see dave and the crew at jayco south nowra you won't be disappointed in the service you will recieve

I am having the worse experience ever. The sales team (David) was great and very nice. The problem started when first used the camper (Swan Outback). We have some rain and both mattress and all 4 pillows got soaking wet. I took pictures and video. On second time we have no rain, just the standard dew. We have water drops failing in our faces all night long. Also took photos and video. Finally decided to take to service and showed them all the photos and videos.. however according to them there is nothing wrong and that is condensation. Not sure in what universe condensation is capable of transfer water from the inside of the canvas to the outside (the outside was also wet due to dew). A $40k camper is unable to withhold a simple dew for 1 night.. (I have used $80 tent from K-Mart with better water proofing).

Cannot recommend highly enough ! Easy friendly purchase , excellent communication with Hope , only issue was i wasnt able to be there for the handover , but Mick tells me it was great, he cannot stop talking about Anthony, thanks guys !
