Wish I could give these guys 6 stars. I tried to move a connection with Telstra from one premises to another and Telstra failed to mention that it would take up to 18 weeks for it to be finalised. After losing customers and going through a heap of prepaid data from hotspots, we pleaded with the local NBN installers and we were put onto Chaptech who literally had it sorted within 48 hours. Big thanks to the guys who helped us out of a jam, I'll be recommending you to anybody who need a solid local alternative to the big ISP's that dont really care about their customers. Again ,much appreciated guys!
