Joyce Zhu wouldnt know how to manage a property if it fell on her. I was left without working lights in my house for 10 months of my lease, despite multiple attempts to get them fixed. My calls, messages and emails are never returned and she doesn't complete paperwork on time, meaning it is really hard to get your bond returned in a reasonable timeframe. I do not recommend using Reach Real Estate for rental services, you're better off looking for a company that will help you.

Great experience with the professional team lead by Gilbert who sold our home during a pandemic at a price well above our reserve. They really know the market in our area and were able to get a great turnout for our auction day encouraging bids from 5+ parties. Awesome job. Highly recommend.

I bought a home from this agent, they did well in being puncture, allow builders thru to get my renovation quote. Get the home offer/agreement sorted.However, there is something which they need to improve on.They advertised this home to have security alarm, but during the final inspection it was not working, and they said it is a old house you can't expect everything to work. Door bell does not work, slider books is stuck. The agents pushed everything to the owner and lawyer, and keeping saying they were only the middle man.Rubbish have been left in the shed and in the garage which they they initially promised to remove. But later on did not do it and did not explain .Waited until I asked then only they said due to Covid 19 they could not do anything and said can ask your builder to remove the things given that the owner previous extend your settlement date by 2 weeks and did not charge you penalty. But the extension is a mutual agreement. It is not something you can use to bargain now. This does not make sense.Gilbert and William, I tried to talk to nicely to you but apparently as if I am going no where, when you read this comments please get things sorted, alarm, door bells, rubbish in the garage, rubbish in the shed and don't forget to remove the for sale sign as well.

The worest agency I have ever had. No one responds emails or phone calls. Always had their excuses. No one knows how to manage a property specially Joyce zhu. Stay away from this agency.

Not professional, the inspection was open until 10:30, arrived at 10:25, because had other inspections before. The sales just said we closed, no other explanation, so rude.

I have had our investment property managed by the team at Reach Realestate for around 4 years now. They have been great. They have always managed to find great tenants that pay on time and treat the property well. They are diligent about collecting the rent and also doing the property inspections. Really it has been a no fuss relationship and I have been able to relax knowing that they are taking care of the day to day management of the property. Thanks Reach.

Reach were great to rent from. They were responsive and helped us throughout the tenancy. Even though we had to break the lease early to move overseas, they were still helpful and made the process easy.

STAY AWAY! Horrible real estate agency. I had a rental property in Balwyn with these guys and their inability to communicate is incredible. They never return phone calls and I was left without power for 2 weeks because I literally couldn't get a hold of anyone with in the organisation.
