The Customer service I experienced from the staff at this store was outstanding. I was overwhelmed with how nice everyone is. Special mention to both Domenica & Marianne - They were fantastic. Eddie was also very helpful and provide some great tips. Thank You for restoring my faith in retail. 10/10

Buying experience was unbelievable.This is the best shoe shop I ever come across. I am a very difficult customer because of the problems with my legs and feet, Eddy and Marianne have been dealing with me for about an hour without showing any impatience. They have done everything possible to adjust the comfort of my prospective boots. Their efforts were extremely successful to bring the results and I am really, really grateful for that. A young girl helped me try on a pair of Birkenstocks 17/12/2022, I wasn’t completely sold on them so i took a photo of the box so I could remember the style and size in case I wanted to come back or purchase at a later date. Another lady came along and told me I wasn’t allowed to take a photo because I’d go and buy them cheaper online and almost snatched the box off of me, and then said that I’d just wasted their time (I was in there for 5 minutes in an empty store). Absolutely appalling customer service from that lady and that young girl should definitely go and get a job elsewhere.
