The worst dessert experience possible.It took them over 45 minutes to make two sundaes. FORTY FIVE MINUTES! You can probably milk a cow, churn your own ice cream and harvest a crop of cherries to top the sundae faster than the shoddy service here. And when we got the sundaes, none of the ingredients were actually in the sundaes bar the ice cream and a couple of marshmallows. At this point we were significantly older than when we had placed the order and wanted to just get on with the rest of our lives. Now seeing the other reviews, I have no idea how this place is still in business.

Absolutely shocking, I ordered 3 churro deserts for take away & as I’m standing right in front the counter the kitchen staff decides to make the order without gloves, a man from the kitchen who made the churros after they were done he decided to carry all 6 of them out in his bare hands, he then just dropped them an left them to sit in the sugar for a good 5/10 minutes, then one of the women at the register, picked up her phone to answer a phone call, then proceeded to walk over an coat the churros with sugar. She also had no gloves on while touching the food. I seen enough by then an explained what I was watching happening right infront of me, I tried to ask for a refund a numerous amounts of times, they then tried to justify them not using gloves.

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered 2 Sunday's on uber eats. It took them over an hour to prepare them. You would think if they took so long to prepare them they would get it right. But you would be wrong. Not only did I not get any of the extras I paid for. They didn't even put all the ingredients in that were ment to be standard. Unfortunately I read other reviews after 45 minutes wondering what was taking so long. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I have had fairly good service before today however I was very disappointed when I got my order that was well over an hour to get (delivered by Uber). One Uber driver got sick of waiting and I had to wait on a second to pick it up and even then he waited at least 15 min to get my order. When my order came ($60 worth) my sundays were sub par and not labeled so we had to route through them to figure out which was which. But the most disappointing was the extra three flavours (supposed to be two scoops) came in a plastic take away container and I only got three small scoops of one flavour and one scoop each of the other two flavours. We are stuck in the house w covid on Christmas Eve, so this really just topped my day off…

I have sent you an email but your email address does not exist!Here's the message anywayI ordered a cone of Ice Cream on Sunday afternoon which could not be supplied as you had no cones! How does an ice cream shop run out of cones!?I then decided to rather order a thick shake, honestly it was NOT worth the $8 we paid for it. I should have just made some nesquik at home. It would have been cheaper, nicer, and quicker!Your service is incredibly slow, and while polite, just miserable. Your server did not want to be there.The people who ordered before me also came back into the store to complain, the images displayed are not what you get!I really hope that you guys can get your act together. You have a beautiful concept and a lovely decor, but there is no vibe in your store. And if you can't get that right, at least try to give value for money with a smile!

Iv given this place so many opportunities to be good it's not funny.Iv ordered here on UberEATS a few times.There's been quite a few times when I know the place has been open and hrs before closing time and they apparently have no ice cream or anything available so they have repeatedly cancelled my order.Iv had my chocolate mud cake been delivered FROZEN. Next to ice cream, am I supposed to microwave it myself and the ice cream?And today I ordered a large thickshake and a chocolate mud cake with ice cream. No ice cream turned up and the thickshake was a milkshake runny as could be and not even near full. Delivery was really quick but the restaurant took ages.

Don’t bother ordering from here. Missing cream off all sundaes ordered, all extras that we had ordered were missing. The scoops are like half scoops, don’t fill the container. Pretty pathetic considering the price that you pay. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, save your money.

Just had a takeaway order from this shop for the first time. Took 20 mins to make 2 dessert orders, only to get home and find out that one of them wasn’t even made properly. Only one waiting. Half the ingredients were missing. Ordered a Brownie dessert. Got a small square piece for brownie in a small container with some chocolate powder on top and 2 scoops ice cream in another container. No fudge , no cream, no cherries. Very disappointed after all that waiting. Sorry not coming back.

Would give it 0 stars if that was an option. I don’t think anyone working actually wanted to be here, definitely the worst decision I’ve made in my life so far.
