Foot Haven

My go-to for reflexology! The recliners are squishy and comfy, and I like that the room is darkened for atmosphere. Many times now I have almost drifted off to sleep! Haven’t had a bad experience yet and have been going monthly for around a year. Sometimes pressure is too painful but the attendant will always listen if asked to lower pressure.

I can't recommend. I hate doing negative reviews but they are very expensive compared to other massage places and the quality of the massage was really subpar considering the high rates. Repeated requests to use reasonable pressure were ignored, the masseuse didn't seem very experienced either. My friend and I went at the same time and this was her exact experience as well.

As someone who rarely leaves reviews, this was the absolute worst massage I’ve had thus far. I requested reflexology with an additional foot spa added to the original service. To my surprise the “foot spa” was lukewarm water in a small basket for five minutes. This is quite a misleading title in my opinion. However, this was the first of many disappointments at Foot Haven. In addition to that, the masseuse, (a younger asian lady), showed absolute no interest whatsoever in what she was doing and looked as if she was about to doze off whilst doing the so called “massage”. After asking her to apply pressure she did it for a mere two minutes and returned back to simply applying moisturiser on my foot with little to no pressure. Furthermore, there was no structure to the massage she was just passing time and waiting for the hour to conclude in a nonchalant manner. I have never encountered a masseuse who is so blasé in their services. I would have not been this furious if I had I paid $40 or less, but $80 is a steep price point for such an unsatisfactory outcome. As a university student who needed a relaxing break this is infuriating. I have essentially paid for foot cream to be applied and nothing more. I will not be returning to Foot Haven and nor will I be promoting this business to those looking for a reliable and enjoyable massage.

I booked a remedial massage and was given a deep tissue massage. I could live with this but the massage was under whelming and not someone with good experience. I cut short the massage from 90 mins to 30 but couldn’t wait to leave. The man at front desk agreed to paying half and charged me for 30 minutes. I really wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re serious about massage.

It is good place for the massage, and give me really good relax. Quiet and nice environment. nice staff. Amazing experience.

Enjoyed my massage, very relaxing. Nice quiet atmosphere - the ladies weren't speaking to each other in the native tongue like a lot of places.Only thing I found a little off-putting and unhygienic is when I saw the lady roll up my used towels and use them for the next person, which I witnessed happening twice.

I’ve been going here for over about two years now. The team at Foot Haven Carindale are amazing! No matter who you have for your appointment, you won’t be disappointed. The atmosphere is quiet, calming, and very friendly.

It’s the best massage place ever in Brisbane. Feel so relax after the whole body massage with affordable price! I love the scented air in the shop.

Went here on the weekend, got a back massage, asked for medium pressure. Was not at all medium. After saying it was too hard, the masseuse did not change their pressure.I now have large bruises along my spine and swelling on shoulders and neck.

Omg, if your looking for reflexology well this is the place. I currently have a plantar fasciitis and the pain can be extreme. After spending 1hr there with the amazing staff I immediately felt the difference in my foot. With regular visits I have had more relief in my feet than 6months with specialist.
