Kim and the team are wonderful. My nails always look lovely after a visit and she has a great selection of nail colours. Love the massage chair during pedicures. Fast and efficient service.

Asked if I could get my nails done and she asked me to come back in 15 minutes so I did and she asked me to sit and wait, after 10 minutes of waiting I could see she was no where near done with the other clients so I left. Wasted 30 minutes of my time when I could’ve gone somewhere else.

I had my nails done yesterday by Kim.I was a walk in and she was happy to accommodate this.I only got my nails shellac painted which took around 30 mins, and cost $30 she trimmed and shaped my nails and removed my old shellac polish.Kim is very good at understanding english, shes just not 100% at speaking it.We have great conversations when I go there (she loves to listen to your stories!).Don't let their lack of social media presence turn you away, ive never had a bad experience here and I know Kim well enough to say that if you did she would 100% fix the issue for you, you just need to let her know before paying (obviously).Highly recommend!

Dropped in to Tulip Nails for the first time today for a pedicure. Kim did a great job and turned my less than desirable tootsies into glamorous ones! And she was a gorgeous lady too... very warm and thoroughly enjoyed chatting to her. I ended up getting a quick manicure while I was waiting for my toes to dry... and feel like a new person. Would recommend!

Disappointing. Booked on Monday for Tuesday 9:00 am for a pedicure.Technician rushed the service. Wore gloves for 10 minutes, then, after sniffing and stifling a cough, I asked she wear a mask. Came back (eventually) with a mask, no gloves.Really not happy with service and state of hygiene.Apart from COVID-19 concerns, I would rate this as probably the worst pedicure experience I’ve had during the last 9 years. I will certainly never go back.

Pedicure was great and would go back for another but my acrylics chipped and the gel polish started peeling off my fingers within days. I’ve worn acrylics for years and never had this happen before. They weren’t particularly even or well finished either.

14/6- Very friendly. Lovely colour selection, first time I've found a natural pink that suits my skin tone. Only been a few days, hasn't lifted. Hopefully it will last the 2 weeks that I normally get out of a shellac manicure.26/6- still going, so still happy!
