Plenty of stock 4 men & women. Really reasonable prices. Lots of short boot shoes. Comfortable change rooms. Easy wheelchair access. A store 4 ordinary people living a casual life style.

Went to Rivers just now (30/7/22)10.20amWebsite says it's open but still close went there 3 times and sent my aunt for the 4th time but still close.Also the phone number provided is out of order.Very bad service in this store

Everything's always on special at Rivers. Just believe more people should shop at these outlets, just to send a message to the large retail outlets. The quality of the Rivers range is very good. It has decreased over time, yet it's allot better than the likes of Target, Kmart or Big W. Good service, good quality, good company.

Worst customer service. Wrong advertising. Advertised shoes at $49 when you go to pay it's $ 69Advertising online and instore says $49 .However there rude attitude doesn't help the company. Rivers have lost me being loyal for over 15 years

Had a bad experience with Rivers online ordering. Ordered a Size L which I am always in a polo and shirts were at least XL and they point blank refused to exchange them even though there was stock there. Last time and I would not trust there sizing at all.
