Fast, clean and shape was perfect. So nice to be asked if happy with the shape before nails were painted.

I had old acrylics on (tips) that were grown out and I asked to have them removed and just put shellac on. She used a spare nail tip and ripped them from my natural nail. It ripped all of my nail beds and destroyed the length I had underneath. She then cut my nails right down to the flesh and cut my finger twice. I did tell her about it but she didn’t seem concerned. I then had the shellac put on and when my hands were placed under the UV light, I could feel my nail bed burning. My 8 year also got standard polish on and on our way home she said it was burning and I had to take it off. I got charged $15 for my daughter, $22 to have my acrylic nails ‘ripped off’ and $20 for shellac. I was so disappointed and would not go again. It was a busy lunch time and felt we were just pushed through quickly and had a half a**ed job done instead of asking us to come back later when it wasn’t as busy.

My daughter went here with a friend to get her nails done and it was horrible. When she asked for a refund because of the terrible job they had done, the staff was yelling at her to the point she had to walk out and call me. We will never be going back here.

These ladies do an amazing job every time I come here. My nails are always done to perfection. And they have true , real knowledge. Highly recommend. Love it!

I used to come here and in Stockland Before , was good. 28/9 I got a service by a young guy. He not look happy to give a service. Maybe tired or what ever but I paid full price. Shellac pedicure. My nail it’s as a picture. Not smooth. Disappointed.

My daughter wanted to combine two different designs she had found only. It was a bit complicated to describe but Emma was very patient.The end result was exactly what my daughter wanted.Emma's hand control was incredible. My daughter has small nails but Emma decorated them to perfection.

staff were rude, they did the wrong shape, length and colour on my nails and when i asked to be refunded they told me they could take off my nails now and leave my name and number for the boss and he can talk about a refund but their policy was no refunds meaning i paid $70 to get my nails taken off. horrible.

went back for the first time in a few months, they were so nice and the guy doing my nails was so focused on them and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, one snapped a few days later but they fixed it with no issues.
