Went for my Covid Booster.Had appointment so easily & quickly done. See all the mobility Scooters (including mine) lining up.So good having Doctors, Chemist & Pathology all together. Great service from all thank you.

So very poor. We need a Chemist Warehouse on Bribie who charge less for PBS pensioner prescription - who dont hand on a $1 discount automatically and force you to ask/beg for the right price every visit. Expecting customers to share personal information because staff are nosey is unacceptable. You are not the gate keepers to health, doctors are. Bring on Chemist Wharehouse

The customer service/care is amazing! Kara went out of her way to assist me, both over the phone and in person. Whilst waiting in the pharmacy (during a very busy time), I observed that all staff members were friendly and courteous to the customers. Your professionalism did not go unnoticed. Thank you.

I called in Wednesday afternoon to book in my flu shot ,when the young man was telling me how to do the QR code .The pharmacist said you know IT’S NOT FREE , I said that’s okay I just wanted to get it, can I book in . to that she told the young man NO one else has booked in so she didn’t know when I would be able to get it done . To that I said REALLY don’t worry and walked out . Very poor customer service.

Went in with a prescription thinking everything was going to be fine. Next minute they come back and say that what I'm after has been discontinued. They proceed to remove the bottom part of the prescription, hand it back and I leave.That afternoon I looked online to see why said medication had been 'discontinued' and found no such evidence. In fact, Chemist Warehouse was able to not only supply me what I was after, but also did this online through their chat feature, citing my left over script. I didnt even need to leave my home.The workers at Pharmacist Advice are rude, entitled, and clearly do things their own way, regardless of what actual doctors say.

22/10/18 I pop in to get some sinus relief spray and left with much more. Thank you Cathie for explaining to me about the differences in these sprays. I didn’t realise what I had been experiencing was due to me using a temporary relief spray instead of using those that are designed for longer use. I also picked up a nice pair of earrings.
