Terrific help from the team on my first renovation project and saved over $1,000 on materials compared to Bunnings. Very happy. Just wish I'd bought a collated screw gun at the start of the project!

This is the third time I have been to this store and every time I get the same response, the lady who works in reception is disgustingly rude and ignorant I would not recommend anything one to use these guys HOPELESS ,If you think anything of your business invest in some helpful staff !!!

After checking the website for a product I then rang plasta masta sunshine coast to see about stock etc, after the lady on the phone laughed at me and responded rudely for asking about the brand on the website then telling me that the site doesn't get updated like it was some kind of joke I decided to go elsewhere, that was an awful phone call and I was made to feel like a fool for asking about a product you specifically say you supplied, a simple we have a different brand but it's the same thing" would have been great.It is not the customers fault you don't have up to date information online.I seriously took the time to go elsewhere just to avoid having to deal with whoever answered that phone call."

Lady on the front desk has a terrible attitude, extremely rude. Best to cover that mouth with a mask as you didn't have one on yesterday.
