Austral Hotel
Arrived and ordered then told an issue with the meal order then reordered an alternative meal. Waited even longer. Received my chicken schnitzel burger. Chips were last of the batch scappy bits and cold, toasted bun was cold. Schnitzel was over rested and dry. Disappointed but never again as will not return

It is a lovely place. Lots of people there, so lots of chatter. The meal was delicious and nutritious and perhaps the serves a little bit more than we need. Overall the premises were Lovely and clean. Would recommend to anyone

Very cosy atmosphere. Lovely meals and great service. Steaks were cooked as requested. Beautiful parma and chicken curry was amazing.

The old pub has been tastefully refurbished and provides a great feed at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff also.

The best spot hands down in terms of service and food in Colac.The food was brought out together for the 3 of us, and we all agreed, It was amazing. The polite and friendly service is first class and that these days is hard to find.I am from Warrnambool and it's worth the drive.

Ordered a Parma and fish and chips. Both were delicious but the serving size was lacking slightly. Only one piece of fish and the Parma was half the size I expected

$49 eye fillet cooked medium was like cutting and chewing old boot leather. I expected quality steak, there are some amazing butchers in Colac
