I was going to Sun Nails & Beauty before quarantine, and I always had good experiences with them. However, I did my nails someplace else on November because I was out of town. Today (16/12/2020) when I came in to do my nails, I was treated different and I didn't feel welcomed at all. The people working there were wishing good holidays to all their customers as they left, and they didn't say anything to me when I payed. You could tell they didn't appreciate the fact that I had my nails done someplace else and that they were a little bit difficult to take off, which I find a little bit unprofessional, I don't think I'll be going to this place again.

Best SNS I've ever had in Melbourne from Ryan today. Wonderfully patient and gentle, took his time to do a fantastic job. Will definitely be coming back.

I came for a pedicure 9 months pregnant (I can only assume it was needed, couldn’t get eyes on my own feet) and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The pedicure was great and lasted longer than normal.

Popped in today for the first time with my daughters. What a lovely salon, so friendly. My daughters and I thrilled with our nails. Thank you so much. We’ll definitely be back.

Ryan and Wendy are so lovely and absolutely deliver on nail quality and care. They are open to all designs and got their own style too. Thanks for the great service! And for playing 90's bangers hehe

I love going to this salon to get my shellac manicure. Ryan and Wendy are the loveliest people and their salon is clean and cosy. My nails look great, and they are careful and gentle and so so fast and professional. The prices are fair and reasonable, and they will always try to fit you in whenever they can. Highly recommend.

Worst experience possible , had my lashes done. Paid $140 to have my lashes completely glued together. When I told staff that I was unhappy they said there’s nothing they could do, and that my lashes with fall out naturally ( not from the glue ) . They then offered me a refund which I’m still yet to receive. Not happy if you want your lashes in tact don’t go there.

I love the whole team here, look at their magical work! They’re not afraid to ask if you’re happy with your nail shape and no request is too out there. Great attention to detail - even when they are busy. Look at these nail foils! Pedicures, SNS, brow waxing... Ryan, Wendy and everyone have you covered!! xo

I had such a positive experience getting my nails done today. The owner was so friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions about how to best look after my nails. He was really passionate about his work. Love it!I'll be going back for sure!
