After attempting to return a $25 phone cover as it fell apart a few days after purchase, I was told that even with the proof of purchase receipt I had, that I was not entitled to a refund or a credit note as we must have “misused or broken” it ourselves. Neither staff member would say who was the supervisor that day, they also would not get a “manager” on the phone or give me a number. I would discourage anyone from EVER purchasing anything from this store.

Poor product quality and no accountability. Purchased phone cover for Samsung A30 that had flip front cover and card holder. The glue completely failed and went back for a swap. Their warranty disclaimer would suggest this was a major failure and should have been replaced but it was any thing but that. Just kept arguing. Really poor service and interaction. Blamed me for misuse. How is glue failure a misuse.... Really left a bad experience. Would not recommend.

Very good service. They cleaned my phone when they applied the screen protector. The repair price is too cheap compared to other stores.I've been here three times to fix my phone.

Very disappointing experience. Wanted my iPad screen replaced. Many attempts by them. 1st attempt screen was not on right. Took it back, 2nd attempt no good either. Just don’t go there is my advice. Poor customer service by the man who works there also.

Phone case glue failed within 7 months after purchase and they blamed me for mis-use....It's a glue problem!!! Felt so dissapointed with their service. Just blamed the customer. I can't believe how I got treated. We are not stupid. Nasty and cheap case but charged well for it and would argue all day long not to repair or replace. Would not recommend. Stay away. No warranty here....

Purchase a particular phone case on their recommendation (she said..it will last you at least 1 year...very strong. ..very good). Stitching came undone after a few days. Went back to the store several times to request a refund. Totally disgusting service I received. No help given. Emailed customer service and not nothing. Terrible product and horrid customer service. Will NEVER EVER go back there.

Was a bit of a muck around as they had ordered in Apple Watch cases that were horrible quality. Jeff is an employer there who knew exactly what went wrong and refunded me for my time and money. Definitely good customer service from Jeff. Thank you
