I’m not too sure why they have 20 year olds dressed in white coats acting like pharmacist but when you ask for in depth advice they can’t give you an answer. Appalled by the service at Chemist Warehouse in general. I’d rather drive further and get amazing service than go somewhere to walking distance who are not trained in their profession. Such a shame they have a good selection of products. This is the second chemist warehouse that has given me a bad experience. They’ve defiantly lost me as a customer.

Terrible customer service both from 2 Pharmacists and retail staff.2 Pharmacist keep on saying medication is not avaliable in Australia because neither could be bothered checking on system if avaliable. Only when shown image of the medication on the Chemist Warehouse online site did they bother to check. It was avaliable in Australia.Retail staff gave wrong area where items were and did not even bother showing where they are.Definitely a pharmacy l would not go to again. Just lack of care from Pharmacists and retail staff. Horrible experience!

Terrible service, exceptionally long wait times for scripts.

Check your prescriptions i like to stock up on my medication and noticed expiry dates are very close to use by date.Was told you should take it before that date that’s not why I buy in bulk it’s so I don’t have to keep going to the chemist and I try and save money so by giving you older stock you have to go more often.Also check your prescription quantities each time you buy something as I’ve noticed shows I bought more than what I have left on prescription.

Great Shop for many reasons, staff friendly, courteous & helpful, Pharmacy busy as expected, but you can pick your time to get in & outquickly, THEY are also courteous, friendly and very helpful. My favourite Chemist Warehouse.

Went to buy a specific perfume which was available online as click and collect and when I reached the store it was showing they still have 2 of them. But no one was able find it. Travelled 20 kms for nothing. Staff didn’t even look apologetic.

Rude staff. I called the staff about an item and she didn’t even listen to me and said whatever is there thats all we have. I asked other staff she said she doesn’t know and walked away instead of asking some of her colleagues . Shocking and rude service nobody bothers to even greet you at the counter. I ended up getting it from priceline atleast they listen to youNever again

Horrible customer service. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Was going to buy a CeraVe cleanser which was shown with a ticket in front of it as $21.99. Went to the check out counter to which the lady was very rude and didn’t acknowledge me until she had finished counting the stock of drinks in the fridge. She then rudely told me it was $26.99 and I had told her that it was shown differently at a different price. She said it was not her problem and that I had to go find another staff member to speak about it with. I then found a staff member after looking for 5 minutes as there was barely any staff on the floor. The girl told me that it was not their fault that and I would have to pay that amount that it scanned at. I asked if she could speak to her manager as that does not seem right if the employees are at fault since there was multiple products behind that ticket showing $21.99. The manager then came out and said to the other employee “was it this girl? Really?” With a judgement face. I do not appreciate being treated like this over a simple question I wanted to confirm. The manager then aggressively told me that they could not override the price as it was not their fault and that there was no way I would get it at that price. It was not about the price matching and getting it at a cheaper price at that point. The way their employees treated the situation was appalling and I would never go back there again. Horrible customer service with employees who have no skill on how to communicate and treat their customers. Do better.

I brought baby food from here. I didn’t see the expiry date, went home gave food to the baby and later realised it was expired.This is not acceptable, especially with baby food.I went to return it and those expired baby foods were still in the shelves.I told the staff that they were expired but she acted as if it’s a normal thing.Disgusting customer service.Do not recommend.I wish I could give 0 star.
