I've always had such great customer service by the guys at Brennan. They consistently go above and beyond for me, especially Nick. without a doubt, the most amazing IT company I have ever dealt with.

Possibly one of the worst IT companies I have ever had to deal with.This company previously had a contract with the Heart Foundation of Australia as an outsourced IT helpdesk.The service level provided was nothing short of pathetic.An Indian based call centre who's IT skills seemed to be reading a basic script.Their favourite line seemed to be Oh that's not in the contract"All whilst charging a premium monthly fee.There were continual breaches of the contract which were all brought to the attention of management and the service delivery managers.Weekly conversations with the management team had them making promises to lift their game but we never saw any changes in performance.After finally confronting them with documentation of months of breaches and tell them their services were no longer required
