I love Starbucks, so I'm a little biased.I was in Brisbane for the My Chemical Romance tour, and I need coffee before I left. And wow, as usual, Starbucks made the best hazelnut latte and ham and cheese croissant.Plenty of places where you can plug your phone in and recharge.

good atmosphere, lots of seating, usually quite clean especially compared to other nearby Starbucks. Most of the staff are fine. One lady was unable to hide her annoyance at me when I scanned my starbucks card at the end of the transaction, telling me rather passive aggressively to scan it at the beginning as to not inconvenience her. It’s just a habit—99% of other stores wherever you go ask you to scan the rewards card at the end of the transaction. And if it’s such a hassle for starbucks team why don’t they take it up to head office and get it sorted so it’s less of a hassle for both staff and customers? The same woman also put my order through as a hot drink and i received a hot drink, when I asked for it iced. No “sorry, I misheard you” or anything, just a glare from her that made me almost never want to come here again when i was handed the correct drink.

Why am I here for the 3rd time for a same drink. I didn’t mention how sweetness for the first time then it’s my fault, the second time I asked half sugar still taste too sweet like the first time, yes I told the girl, and the third time, mentioned little sugar, but taste same regular, seems they don’t pay attention or they don’t know how to make a nice green tea matcha, it’s a tea flavour not chocolate frappe, if it’s too sweet you can’t taste the green tea.

The best Starbucks in Brisbane CBD in terms of space, service and cleanliness. It's huge with a lot of seating making it a great place to work or study. Free wifi and lots of charging points. Coffee is usually not great with Starbucks everywhere, so I go here for the space and usually order their iced teas instead.

Delight Baristas, delicious coffee, fast service & a stunning ambient coffee lounge.The new space is stunning, it’s so spacious, really clean and inviting. There was a good buzz when I went there on a Sunday afternoon without being too busy.The barista that served me was so friendly and made my day with the small bit of chitchat. The coffee is good and it came out really quickly. I was throughly impressed, Starbucks has really learned how to embrace Aussie cafe culture

Poor coffee almost always with burnt tastes plus poor customer service often ignored by staff sometimes becomes invisible. only go there when I need somewhere to sit and talk. good spot for a quick chat with friends.
