Came here to change our whole families plans to Optus as we saw a good deal online only to find it was the only shop in the centre where everyone is wearing masks still. I explained that it made feel uncomfortable and they didn’t seem to care. I’ll shop somewhere else. Covid is well and truely over and we’ve learnt that masks don’t do much. Especially the blue surgical ones they were wearing.

Absolutely horrible service from Steph the manager who just laughs at anything you ask her. Bought an iphone at the shop and when it didn't work I was told to drive to Newcastle and have the apple store sort it out. Will never go there again.

Great service. Tried to sort out an issue online; took hours and still wasn’t resolved. Hayden dealt with the problem and was able to get all my account details sorted out. Very professional and friendly service.
