Had an awful experience here! Painful and damaging to my skin. Owner (Helen) not interested unless you paid for more treatment to fix the damage she had done. I have fine porcelain skin which is sensitive to most products and treatments. After a month of treatment from a dermatologist and my GP my skin has finally healed. I live locally, but will never return! Considering that I had 1 treatment and was requested by you to write a review last year, I waited some time before posting a review. The response from the owner, once again has me Never wanting to ever get any facial treatments at all. Your skin clinician" has very little experience in this area having completed her Diploma 2 years ago. I dislike providing reviews

Welcoming environment and very clean. One of the best skin treatments I ever had. Helen is very professional and experienced. She was able to reduce my scars' appearance that I had for the last 8 years by 80%, just after the first visit. Looking forward to my next appointment.

It was my first time visiting ALEIA today and I am extremely impressed and satisfied with my visit. I needed a good haircut after lockdown and Alex made my hair look and feel fantastic. The environment was clean, calming and very professional, and it was also very affordable. I will definitely be back here and highly recommend ALEIA. Thank you!

I came here out of lockdown because it was the quickest place I could get into for some TLC for my hair and stayed because Alex is amazing. My hair has never looked better, I constantly get compliments. Alex is very professional but great for a chat. I always leave feeling amazing.

Once again I spent a couple of hours being pampered by both Lenia and Alex. Quality professional facial of the most highest Ingredients in the products that Lenia uses. The facial left my skin glowing and I was looking 10 years younger. I loved that Alex found a fantastic solution for my hair taking into consideration what would suit me. She also is thorough and when massaging your your hair really makes you feel serene. Thank you girls for making me feel and look beautiful, I’m still on a wonderful high after my much needed session today.

I visited Aleia hair and skin and got a microdermabrasion facial. I was a bit nervous before hand as I've never had a facial before.The staff are so knowledgeable and made me feel at ease straight away. The facial was relaxing!I'm so happy with the results and will be returning regularly.

Had an amazing experience at Aleia Hair and Skin, such a good environment and both owners are lovely and very accommodating to your needs. Had IPL treatment done with Helen, and results showed straight away. I’ve also done hair treatment with Alex, and after a lot of damage done to my hair, Alex got my hair to a healthy state.
