Worst customers service and bad communicate. Spent well over 2 hours designing Kitchen, Butlers and Laundry with the designer ensuring everything I required (due to health) was discussed and added to plan. Quote was given and deposit paid. When I received my plan, changed were made without my knowledge or request. Then found out that the designer had selected the wrong cabinets and they wanted $$$$'s even tho I was quoted for what I asked for. I had staff confirm certain items are in the design, then a week later the manager says that their staff had lied to me and it is not in the design. Both admitted to lying and I was still required to pay $$$$. They do not call you, you have to initiate all communication. After talking to ACCC, I did not have to pay the extra $'s and that kinsman needed to rectify their mistake. Kinsman gave me refund instead of rectifying their mistake. 3 months later, I am restarting my kitchen design with a local cabinet maker with excellent communication and customer service. I have learnt not to use Kinsman because they don't care about you.

Very poor communication. Very slow to fix my problems and I'm still waiting....6 weeks later.

My wife chose a kitchen in 2021 and here we are in July 2022 and it is still not finished. Installation was delayed twice, the tradies are poorly managed and have been called back to rectify bad workmanship, the 'project management' has been poor and the quality of some of the work questionable. My wife has been so nice to these people, which I believe is a mistake as they seem to take advantage of her good nature. Too many excuses, no care factor and poor management has seen this installation turn from a dream into a nightmare. I could have done a better job myself.I would not recommend this company and it's so called team of trade professionals, to anyone.Buyer beware

***Beware***Shocking experience over a twelve month period and still not finished. Kinsman over promise and underdeliver at every step of the process, Once they have your money they have no interest in doing the job properly. We purchased kitchen, laundry and wardrobe renovations and they have not kept promises with poor materials, incorrect parts, poor communication, poor installation from their recommended installer and a don't care attitude, nobody ever rings back, managers are non-existent.This is the worst company we have ever dealt with!

Numerous mistakes, and defects to the product we ordered.Misleading to what was promised. And definitely not worth the amount of money it costs.Technicians back and forth after installation, colour oak is different to the sample that was shown at the design appointment. I was given a completely different sample to what the wardrobe is. No accountability from Kinsman.One door is still bowed.Delivery was dreadful, the driver was smoking and eating a sandwich on the back of the truck in my driveway before unloading.Not a sight I want my three year old daughter to be seeing.First installer rushed the entire day to putting it together. I was promised by Kinsman it would be a specific price for installation and was then told by the installer it was $80 more. He then has made an error with the left filler panel overlapping the door height by 6mm.A maintenance technician has then removed panel to trim and fix it correctly.The handles I chose from Kinsman (in a catalogue) were brushed brass and was promised this. The handles that were provided were tacky rose gold handles that looked like my child’s costume jewellery.For a $5000 wardrobe, you would expect more than a $20 handle.After all the problems that has come from this product, the margins between the doors are still not even. My husband is in construction, and being extremely busy and also pregnant, we took the more expensive and easy path to choose a company to design a wardrobe to relieve some stress. Instead, it has caused more. We basically were forced to give up the right to having it look perfect.I wouldn’t be recommending Kinsman.

Terrible customer service. Back ordered items have been promised next week for over 2 months now and still no ETA. Good product and easy enough to self install, but way over priced and very lacking customer experience

Absolutely terrible customer service! Thought we were doing the right thing by going with a big company even though they were significantly more expensive. What we didn’t know was once they’ve got your money they don’t want to know you anymore. We had our kitchen, kitchenette, laundry & bathrooms done with this mob 12mths ago & I kid you not they’re still not finished the install! No joke! 12mths later & I’ve still got panels that arrived damaged, drawers that don’t close, doors that don’t close, LED lights not fitted, damaged walls & ceiling from their installers & nobody returns calls or messages. Truly shocking & beyond frustrating! Absolutely blown away & out of pocket a lot of money for unfinished cupboards & faulty drawers & doors. If you’re considering choosing this mob, do yourself a favour & think again! I wish I didEdit…. That reminds me!! After reading other reviews it’s like… oh yeah that’s right… my bloody sink didn’t fit & I had to buy another one literally that day so the stone bench top guys could measure up AND yep… oven didn’t fit even though we’d told them model numbers etc that they insisted on having. Unreal!! Oh… and yeah our installer appears to have gone missing in action. No replies, too bad so sad…. Ended up paying him personally a lot more than originally quoted too because he had to do so much work to make things fit & now vanished…Do yourself a favour & choose somebody else!

I spent 2 months with the designer planning my kitchen only to find out after 6 months that they were unable to fulfil their designers kitchenWasted months calling them daily following up and would get a response always late on a Friday afternoon when you cannot contact them till Monday AGAIN..Dreadful service, dreadful communicationSo I have wasted 6 months with this company and now I need to start againDisgusting..
