Very poor services, I don't want to give any stars but if I don't then I won't be able to do the review, dont go there unless you want to be humiliated. My 2 years old son went there for passport photos but the Guy who taking photos was very impatient, he eventually rejected to serve.

Very bad experience. I went there for passport photo. I told the staff I need high quality soft copy for online application. They sent me 619 kb copy. So I went there again, the staff just said I cannot remember, and this low quality is Australian standard. Plus, those staff acted I'm the wrong one.

I don't like to place negative reviews but this service doesn't deserve 1 star. If you had any other choice you would take it. The mail service and government mandated services here are terrible. If you need passports, verification, express service just do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Don't expect them to answer their phone or update any closed or open hours either. It just won't happen. The line up is usually out the door but I guess that is just a sign that everyone else is held ransom by Australia post to this venue.

Got shooed away for attempting to renew a card; was told to go to South Fremantle since they “don’t do that here”.I wanted to ask a question afterwards but he shut me down and started serving someone else.

Good post office.Have been a customer here for quite a while and have never had a bad experience.I find the staff are always welcoming and willing to help with my questions. They always have stock for what I need.I do not agree at all with the negative reviews other customers have left.

Quick queues compared to usual mall queueat Cockburn Gateway.But good for only basic courier post parcels type stuff. Go elsewhere for more extensive services.
