Having dealt with a few brokers in the past who have been poor communicators and have pushed the lenders objectives over customers it was so refreshing to deal with the team at Adapt who understood what I needed to achieve, managed the process so thoroughly and executed everything we set out to achieve which I thought was going to be near impossible.
