Needed my puppy's next vaccinations taken care of while visiting the Armidale region.Robin was a delight to speak to and provided excellent customer service when she took my booking over the phone and in person when checking Peggy and I in.Dr Lucy handled my puppy kindly while using positive reinforcement to distract her from her examination.All of my questions were answered and the pricing for the consultation was extremely affordable.I left feeling confident in the instructions in how to best look after my puppy as she continues to grow up and cannot more highly recommend this professional service.Thank you all!

Could not speak highly enough of the service provided by Emma and her colleagues. Our little girl got an infection after having her top 2 premolars extracted at another vet, but the team sorted her out professionally and passionately. HIGHLY recommended. Thank you again.

The best vet I've been to. The front was open and comforting, the staff were extremely friendly, both the receptionist and the vet who saw our dog. They really felt like they loved animals. The facility was very nice and comforting with soft surfaces and couches in the consultation rooms, the vet was extremely good at calming our dog down who was a little nervous after a poor previous vet experience. She got a treat and the vet really wanted to get to the bottom of our issue which had been dismissed by a previous vet. I wouldn't go anywhere else after our first experience. Fantastic

Fantastic service. Cared for Grip wonderfully and did a beautiful job on his eyelid (entropion surgery?) Even so kind as to drop in the meds I forgot to my house. Will always use these guys and highly recommend.
