I went to this practice as a new patient. As I had recently moved from another State I needed to set up referrals to see 2 specialists that I see on an ongoing basis. This was all I needed, 2 referrals. I was charged $125 and given one referral then told to make another appointment for the second referral. When I returned I asked to be bulk billed as I believe that asking for 2 referrals in one appointment is reasonable. I was charged $85. So I paid $210 for 2 referrals. I will not be returning.

Recently just moved to Bendigo, I stumbled by MyDoc Healthcare. I was greeted by receptionist Deb who welcomed me with open arms. She went above and beyond as I was a new patient. The doctor I saw, Dr. Samreen Baluch greeted me and she went to all lengths checking through my medical history and making sure I was up to date with everything. I sure will be a regular patient.
