No times available for AU Day people waiting. Is is Sunday hours or no hours? What a nuisance to ignore your own customers. On the plus side their hours are on Facebook. Good if you've got FB but the elderly people waiting don't.

Purchased hot hands at this chemist, this afternoon and paid $1.99 per pack. Very disappointed to see Bunnings had them for $0.95 each. Thats over double the price!

After calling to enquiry about whether or not they had an item in stock, I spoke to the pharmacist who was extremely blunt, rude and judgmental. I was polite and friendly but she obviously didn't think I was worthy of her attention. She gave me an I don't know" as an answer to my stock enquiry and that was it. At the end of the call

Called from Canberra trying to get medical supplies delivered to my dad who had covid.Was told that because none of it was a prescription they wouldn't help. Even though he was (note the past tense) a regular customer.Called Chemist Warehouse and they had everything delivered to my dad within a few hours.Extremely disappointed in Blooms.

Doing a big journey to Melbourne and stopped in Dubbo for a few nights realised I’d forgotten kids medication for eczema and allergies, they could not have been nicer , so kind and so understanding and went through all my options with great care . I left that chemist and said to myself I’m giving them a five star review today for their professional and caring manner. Friendly and helpful staff , fantastic variety of products and very very helpful and understanding. ☘️

They have great discounts on beauty items a lot of the time, though the staff, from the pharmacist to the checkout staff are rude and desperately need to work on there customer service.
