Very disappointed and the worst service I have ever experienced. I had my hot water unit repaired multiple times and was told they repaired the unit only to find out that the issues were never fixed, the first time was under warranty the second I was charged around $500 for replacement parts that did nothing. This pushed me out of my warranty period and cost me over $1000 to replace with a new unit. When I told them my tenants had no hot water that couldn't even find someone to temporarily replace or fix the unit. I feel ripped off and very unhappy with the service. I have heard of bad reports from numerous people but had no choice to go with them because I wanted it replaced under warranty which never happened. Not helpful one bit but happy to take all of your money, please be cautious if you are to use these people for servicing.

Ran out of gas on the weekend, despite Covid limitations, staff bent over backwards to help me out. This is priceless and I really appreciated it.

Absolute disgrace the utter non existent customer service.

Did online order for gas gas asked for delivery same week said yes. Got confirmation a while later saying end of Following week.This time I Rang them and got guy who was going to help because he was sorry I had no gas. Put me thru to another connection and got run around and put on hold again.So our origin on hold and Rang kleenheat and got gas ordered and delivered for next day. Went back to my origin call which was still on hold. Result … not using origin

Premises appear to no longer be there. Website says temporarily closed, but no indication of when that started or recommencement. Delivery delays as well - although sympathetic of staff shortages due to illness, didn't receive notification of delay.

Service is great, the owner could of sold me a new hot water instead he took the time to help me figure out what was wrong with the one i had. Legend!!!!

Knowledge of their products, parts and service supplies good to have in the district.

We are a bit disappointed, wanted to order Gas today and they must have moved. Would have been good to have a note on door and change webside.
