First Grammar Hurstville

We had a wonderful first experience with this centre. Great staff, facilities, food and routines for our baby in Nursery. Highly recommend to all!

We have found a new center to call home in Huntsville Grove, we moved to the area 6 month ago and both my kids 3 and 1.5 have been attending the center and loving it since.All the staff are amazing and try their best to help the children learn and settle into the new environment. (I cannot name a few staff because every single staff has been amazing and make us feel welcomed).We have never had any issues, if ever we ask the educators to do something for the boys they make sure they get that done. For instance i asked the educator to put my son to sleep earlier that day and they notified me that he was asleep through the app at an earlier time than usual, i believe little things like that make a difference.The center is always clean, and i have never seen any kids neglected they are always loving all the children regardless of their age or what stage they are in their learning journey.My boy have never come home with nappy rashes or soiled nappies. They are always in good spirit and want to go to school at drop of time which makes me feel comfortable and trusting that all the educators are doing the right thing.They have an amazing chef on site that is always preparing healthy food and the kitchen area is very clean.There is so many activities and toys for the kids to use and explore the out door area is big and spacious.This childcare is a gem in the area and if you are considering putting your children into care you have to visit the center, the vibe is so warm and welcoming it feels like home.I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff for making the daycare such a special and happy place for my children to enjoy, they are very lucky to be part of such a loving and nurturing environment.

First Grammar Hurstville was the ultimate pick out of many child care centers which we carried out research for. Seeing our two year old growing and developing bonds with his educators and friends has reassured that we made the correct choice. We also love the responsiveness of the center as we receive all feedback needed to keep track on child progress and areas for improvement. All staff are friendly and responsible, and best of all hearing what parents have to say to facilitate cooperation between home and school. We are very happy with the child care so far, and would recommend to any new parents for their kids' very first adventure!

First Grammar Hurstville is a great childcare centre, my daughter started going there 2 months ago, it has been a smooth transition from another service. She loves going there to see her lovely educators and play with her little friends. The activities are intuitive and variety. We feel supported as parents, Ms Gordana and educators always posting stories and photos of my daughter, updating her nappy change and food intake in the mobile app which gives me peace of mind knowing she’s happy and safe.

I can’t praise First Grammar Hurstville enough for the love, dedication, enthusiasm and energy they put into my little boy. The centre is equipped with toys and playing equipment according to their physical and developmental needs.All educators are so loving and caring to the children and creative with the tasks they set out for the children, they are also very intuitive - playing on children’s interest and extending on that during play time. I really can’t thank the team enough for creating a positive space for my little one to thrive! It’s so beautiful to hear your child saying that they love about school each time they have been picked up for the day!Great job Ms. Gordana and team :)

The staff ensure they know your child and always praise their every accomplishment. They take extra care and pay careful attention to their development. Everyone is always happy to see both you and your child, understanding of every change in situation. First Grammar Hurstville are very accommodating and are a brilliant daycare. I am ecstatic I made such a good choice straight up.My children have been in daycare since they were 3 and a half months and the staff have assisted in every way possible. I feel that my children are in safe hands and amongst extended family whilst at daycare.

Our kids have been at First Grammar Hurstville for the last 4 years, starting from 9 and 10 months old. We’re very happy with the place, Gordana the Centre Manager has really made a positive impact in the last few years and we didn’t hesitate to send our second child to the same place as well. The centre is very accommodating, with our kids starting from a young age it was important to get our kids familiar with the new environment during orientation. All the staff are very friendly and genuinely care for the children, the kids get are spoilt with a variety of activities through-out the day which you can see updates via the app. Strong communication from the centre is also a plus - with Gordana sending out regular newsletters/email and app updates, parent/teacher interviews and informal updates at drop off/pick up - the staff go out of their way to keep you informed of how your child is going. We also love how food/nappies are provided and there’s no hassles when we need to add an extra day here and there.

The staff at the First Grammar Hurstville have made my daughter feel welcome .In this centre the transition was so smooth and my daughter has been so happy here ever since. The food is healthy and nutritious and the activities throughout the week are an added bonus. I am very happy that my daughter has learned so much in 3 months.I am impressed with the school readiness program.She enjoys coming here and become confident in making more friends.The staff is very friendly towards the children and their families, especially the Center Manager ,Miss Gordana is so nice and kind hearted.

We previously struggled finding the right day care centre for my son who was very shy & had no social skills (he went to 3 different centres and was always distraught about going back each day). We moved & came across First Grammar Hurstville right after doing a tour at a different centre which my son again was not happy about. I called First Grammar and did our tour the following day. We met with Gordana, the centre manager - she was so lovely & the centre just felt soo welcoming that my son for the first time ever came out unafraid from a day care centre, with a big smile on his face & admitted that he “liked that school”. We left so happy and excited; & organised sit in days straight away before enrolling.. and 1.5yrs later he has now transitioned into Kindergarten and is soo much more confident, and his little sister is still attending FG.We have found them to be the best, most supportive & caring teachers for both my kids. We love the communications we receive; every update on the Xplor App; the in house cooked menu, nappies provided etc & the laid back (not so academically focused) approach which allowed my kids to learn their social skills & just enjoy playing and interacting with others. I talk so highly about what has been included in our experience with this centre, and my conversations with other parents who have their kids in different day care centres, & they are so surprised at how it compares to theirs. I truly admire and appreciate everyone at First Grammar Hurstville. It honestly has been a life changer for both my kids and we couldn’t be any more grateful!

Couldn't be more happier! Highly recommend First Grammar Hurstville.The centre has spacious indoor and outdoor areas with great resources for the children. When my two boys started in early 2021, they were very shy and had a lot of separation anxiety. The team at First Grammar Hurstville helped to make the transition as supportive and easy as possible for both the boys and myself and have helped to transform them into confident and social children, always excited to tell me about their day at pick up.In particular, the centre continued to deliver excellent service during the COVID lockdowns. They made our family still feel connected and were very supportive during this period despite not attending the service.The centre manager and all the educators are kind and caring, always making us feel welcomed and part of the community. They are approachable and easy to talk to about anything and are always willing to help. Great communication on all aspects and to collaborate with.Thank you First Grammar Hurstville, you have made such a positive impact on our family.
