Fantastic studio. The instructors, like the space, are warm and welcoming and the classes are delightful. I am now a member, attending three times a week; the yoga and mat pilates classes have improved my running tremendously already. I have been a member at Alive for a few weeks now and I’ve been happy and surprised at the way I’ve been welcomed and supported by the staff each time I arrive for a class!This personal attention extends to work within the classes, as all abilities and levels of flexibility, stamina and challenge are catered for and encouraged!The classes are set in a beautiful environment with great equipment which adds to the overall ‘Alive’ experience.Thanks again Alive for my positive Pilates experience!Kylie

This is just the best Pilates studio around! I have been attending for the last 12 months and I just love it. The staff are so friendly and encouraging and cater for all abilities and ages. The reformer classes are fantastic, challenging and offer lots of variety. The props and pilates class is one of my favourites. Very challenging but great results with amazing instructors! Highly recommend the studio for everyone!

Alive is such a beautiful studio, the instructors are knowledgeable, and the classes are always so fun!It is also one of the most reasonably priced studios.Overall, 10/10 experience, highly recommend this studio.

Beautiful boutique studio in the heart of Greensborough. Amazing instructors who care and listen to your individual needs.The Alive community has provided me with beautiful like minded new friends and connections.I stated my journey at Alive 2 years ago just doing reformer pilates. Now I include yoga & mat Pilates into my routine. They also offer barre and lots of wonderful pop up classes like meditation and dance. Something for everyone.

This is a fantastic studio. I love being able to do reformer, mat pilates, yoga, and barre all at one place. The studio is beautiful and all of the teachers are welcoming. I absolutely love all the classes I take there. Highly recommend!

Alive has been my happy place since it first opened. Yin Yoga literally saved me & I love practicing in their beautiful space.I really enjoy the monthly pop up classes, I love the variety & experiencing new things.

Have loved doing classes at Alive for 5+ years now! It's a lovely community with friendly instructors and great equipment. There's a great mix of classes, especially love how you can do both your Yoga and Pilates at the one studio!

The team at Alive are wonderful..very warm and friendly. Being greeted by your name shows that you’re just not another person rolling through the door. Every class is different which I love.
