Thank you. The service by all staff was absolutely amazing. I first asked Pam for some help finding a product and not only did she let me know where it was but walked me to it. Thank you for your dedication to your customers. Secondly, I am sorry I missed their name but the wonderful lady in checkout isle 4 around 11 today was absolutely amazing. She was able to quickly get me through the checkout and also got me a trolley to carry my bags without breaking my arms. Thanks for an great conversation and your help.Thank you Coles for the amazing service, it really made my day. Everyone at this store deserves a raise!!!!

Disappointingly uses coin release trollies, small range and does not have a proper Deli. There are a reasonable sized fruit & vege and butcher in the same centre which might be a reason to come here, otherwise always skip this and goto the Coles at the HyperMarket just a km further up the road - it seems to be a distribution hub for home delivery so carries a much larger range, restocks quicker and is just as easy to shop at.

A little effort from staff or maybe the right amount of staff would result in far better customer service. Instead of staff offending customers they may actually be able to assist. Wake up coles

Charge for trolleys like Aldi. Dogs. Carry on down to hyper market. Also takes ages to get into the store because the layout is a mess.Also smart parking compliance runs the car park. So beware.
