I have used Celtic Fire for the past 6 years as a Building Manager. Never have I deal with a company more professional in my career and experienced with their services. Samantha, Karen and Debbie in the office are all amazing to work with and their team on the ground and professional and friendly. Highly recommended for High Rise complexes!!!

Knocked and walked off. When we opened the door, no one was at the door. Then later they charge us $230. Absoutely ridiculous. Whether it was a fine or re-attendance fee, $230 is rediculous what so ever. They did not wait few minutes. It does not take minutes to get to the door.

Unbelievably rude response/s from Debbie (11.20am) answering the frontline calls.I was asking when I could expect to hear from their Guys (already doing the allotted / arranged sensor changeovers in the apartment building) as I had a 10.20am appointment time logged or so I thought with Celtic Fire Services.I was told numerous times and certainly not politely that it wasn't Celtic's App for appt making and that the apartment building Strata Agents were at fault for using it.It wasn't her (Debbie's) or Celtic's problem at all so I was repeatedly told!I thought perhaps Debbie could phone their guys on site and arrange when they could see / come to my apartment but no - not their problem ...I would leave a ZERO rating if I could.

Two of your workers, a red p plater and a green p plater, driving like absolute gronks on military road on 18/6/22. saw both of them almost rear end someone twice.

If they certify the way their drivers driver, then I would steer clear of them.Tailgating, speeding Celtic driver in Celtic truck on M1 northbound at Ourimbah on Jan 2nd 2021.

Fire doors shut on ground floor of our 5 storey building. Strange alarm coming from fire box all morning on ground floor. I have just noticed my smoke detector is not flashing its red light. The building is only 6 months old. I just rang Celtic fire and explained that the flashing light was not working. I asked if this was Definately the smoke alarm and the guy at the end of the phone said I AM NOT REALLY SURE. I looked up Google and Yes, it is the smoke detector. I then rang the local fire brigade to tell them that if the place burns down tonight that is whyI

We have worked alongside many fire contractor's in the industry, however none compare to the team at Celtic Fire Services. Their office staff are knowledgable & up to date with current Australian Standards and Regulations & their technicians on the job skills are second to none. I couldn't recommend highly enough!
