Apart from one builder i would not use these people it's taken five weeks to install automatic door, unorganized, and it seem they are happy to leave the job unfinished, I'm sure if the boss had this done at his house he jumping up and down, but because I have a terminal illness it's alright to leave me with substandard work and over charged

UNDER 1 MONTH AGONot recommended at all. I moved into my house almost a year ago, and there is an issue which I am still chasing them up to fix. Everything must be written on paper otherwise they easily deny any verbal agreements. Their Foreman who manages the projects in Midway Point is awesome. He is a really helpful and nice person. If you haven't signed your contract yet then I think it is worth revising it.

We purchased a 2019 Maverick build home in August 2022.We discovered a leak in the 2nd bathroom after a few months of use.We contacted Maverick and a representative came out and inspected.James came and found the problem and it was fixed efficiently and professionally.Everyone I dealt with was very professional and personable.Highly recommend.

We built our first home in 2021/22 with Maveric and are very happy with the service we received. We were well informed throughout the whole process and kept up to date with the progress of our build, even though there were a couple of delays. Once we moved in there were a few minor cosmetic defects, as to be expected in any build. James was incredible to deal with and rectified the issues for us quickly. We would recommend Maveric to anyone looking to build their first home.

These people destroyed our home rather than stack a couple sandbags. When asked why they just blamed us and refused to address the problem.
