There is a salesclerk who is around 50 years old, wears glasses, has short hair, and has tattoos on his arms. Whenever asked about inventory, he always says that everything is on the shelves and never bothers to check the computer for customers. He is extremely rude.

By far the worst staff work the evening shift. Zero customer service. I wanted an over the counter vitamin which was kept in the pharmacy section and the rude assistant asked me to queue up behind the prescription medicine queue saying she's too busy" to get a single box in a shelf next to her. Please train these horrible people to be better at serving customers and not treating them as if they're doing customers a favor."

BE CAREFUL - this store sells about-to-expire supplements and does not offer a refund or an exchange of item!I bought a Blackmores supplement and when I about to take some I realized it's going to expire in TWO WEEKS. Why the item was on the shelf in the first place? The staff at the counter related to my situation but the manager apparently thought it was not their responsibility to do anything about it. The management needs more training in customer service. I certainly won't return to this store.

Went in with my sister to get some medication. I shopped around, did the normal pickup and put down of items. My sister then went to pay for her stuff and I didn’t get anything so I waited my the door. It was here I was approached by a women, I was unsure what she wanted until she asked if I had stolen anything and to check my pockets. She was very rude in demeanour and my sister came to my defence as I get easily anxious and was upset. I emptied my pockets and we stormed off. All in all a terrible customer service experience.

Im here right now waiting for my son to finish. I overheard a gentleman helping someone, an elderly. He was very helpful and even offered a chair for her to sit while waiting. I couldnt help but tell him personally how great his customer skill service is. His name is Harry G. Its great when you hear people genuinely caring, even if it wasnt me being served.

Came in with 4 shopping bags in my arms and had the security watch everything I grab. Been going to this chemist here and there for the last 5 years, nothing like this. Get security that don’t racially profile you when you’re not with your white partner.

The staff are very friendly and helpful when we need to find something. They have a good collection and I have never came out empty handed on the things I needed to buy. The pharmacist are very nice and provide us with all the details when we get medicines from prescriptions.

You'd think an armful of items would at least warrant the question Would you like a bag? They're 10 cents." The customer shouldn't have to ask for one after the transaction is completed and then scramble for a card to process another 10 cents for an item that costs them 1% of that cost. Oh
