We had dealt with 2 other businesses to try to resolve an issue with our car keys. One had replaced the batteries with non-genuine batteries which didn't work consistently and so they died shortly afterwards. The other business just wasn't getting back to us. A small problem had become a real pain point for us. I called Travis and from call to completion was about 5 hours. He came to us and was a pleasure to deal with. Will be recommending.

I took one of my vehicles in to trav for an engine light which he worked it out what it was after 3 other mechanics tried, Trav now does all 6 of our vehicles on a maintenance plan so they are always ready with no concerns, he also let's me know what he has done with a detailed invoice, our fleet has never ran so good, he is always willing to go the extra mile even helped up after hours a few times to make sure we were right 5 star all the way thanks again for such a great honest service

Trav has gone above and beyond to fix our problem child... What started as one problem quickly grew to more than just and some quite difficult to diagnose. We went away on holidays and had quite a difficult time (having to call multiple times). Trav was always helpful and he managed to get us home eventually. After many trips back and forth he got it fixed and we haven't been back (except to have him fix the rest of our many cars). Love ya Trav!!!

Mechanic that actually takes a good look at your car, clearly loves his job and knows what he's doing. Very friendly and helpful and explains things thoroughly which is good for people like me who doesn't have alot of mechanical knowledge. I didn't feel ripped off or taken advantage of.

It took me so long to find a good quality mechanic in the Ballarat area, being a young girl I felt like I was constantly getting ripped off but Travis was great at explaining and showing, and giving you the best possible outcome.I would recommend Travs Garage to anyone looking at getting work done to their car.
