Very poor and robotic customer service, the only thing she could help was to keep asking for my vin, I told her I just need to know where I can find a nearest dealer so I can have my tyre fixed when I was travelling in Sydney, and the answer was: I can't help you without your vin. How hilarious... My phone is more humanised than your staff in some ways.

Worst customer service. They don’t know what we requested. We waited for almost 45 mins for someone to assist us and finally they sent us someone who can’t understand basic English.

My experience with lexus has been far from ‘experience amazing’.I own two lexus SUV’s.I found dealing with the Lexus Customer Assistance centre very disappointing.My issue was around having my lexus repaired at a lexus centre without the vehicle issue being fixed to my satisfaction and having to undergo subsequent repair at my own cost on the seperate occasions for my out of warranty vehicle.My vehicle had always been serviced at Lexus.I found dealing with the customer assistance centre including Alex very frustating.I was even advised at some point that I should have read car forums online prior to going ahead with suggested repair by ‘ lexus master technicians’.In short, I found dealing with Lexus no better than dealing with previous german brands I have owned as far as addressing my grievances goes.I will certainly factor this in before my next purchase since this was very different to my initial perception of Lexus customer service.My experience has certainly changed my brand loyalty.

Very disappointed in the comfort of the bucket seats in my nx3oo Fsport model lexus.So uncomfortable after only a short time in the seat , resulting in a sore backside after a long drive.

Hi Lexus, when will you bring out fully electric sedans and SUVs?Your competitors are doing it and as much as I like the vehicles, this is a deal breaker if I can’t buy a full EV as our next vehicle. Release dates and links please.
