As anyone can imagine revealing your innermost feelings & anxieties can be extremely daunting ! However I knew I needed help & thus made an appointment to face my fears & discuss all with Belinda .Wow- why did I wait so long I now ask myself .Belinda was so friendly & warm & immediately put me at ease , to such an extent that I began talking & could'nt stop - like a dam overflowing ! Belinda listened intently & then began the process of response & explanation . I was given tools & suggestions to guide me & now can't wait for my next meeting to show her how I've progressed .Why did I wait so long to ask for help - or perhaps I was just lucky enough to find the right mentorThank you SO much Belinda
