U FIT 24/7 Gym

I’ve been going to this gym since not long after it opened and I honestly have never been in a better gym. Never too crowded and a great atmosphere. Enoch, the owner, is great, friendly and amazingly supportive. The trainers are amazing as well. Has helped me through my fitness and heath ups and downs and I love going down there for a workout or to hit some pads. Even having moved away I still go there as much as possible. 5/5!

I've been training at Ufit 24/7 Gym on Dawson Pde at Arana Hills for just over a month and I can’t stop telling people about how good it is. The team that run it especially Enoch (the most friendly person in fitness), the equipment in the gym, the personalised programs, the tech side (the booking and training apps) and the flexibility being able to access the gym 24/7 all come together to make something incredible. But the thing that makes Ufit really stand out are the owners, Enoch and Alycia, who are genuinely amazing coaches and people. They're always on hand at the gym to guide and motivate you, and each of them has an incredible depth of knowledge and experience.Added to the training, is the community feel to the gym, just genuinely nice people. Their saying “Everyone fits in“ is so true.We all know that investing time in your health is a smart thing to do, it's just hard to do sometimes. The Ufit 24/7 Gym team make it easy to fit training in and really help you get the most out of each session.

Awesome gym, fantastic staff and you truly feel welcome and they’re always happy to talk and give advice. Can’t speak highly enough of Enoch the owner, he’s just one of those really genuine people who really wants to help people get fit and healthy.

This gym is excellent.A little bit about Enoch the owner - he is a fantastic guy - he genuinely cares about the members of the gym - helping me reach my goals and giving great advice - making sure that everyone who goes to the gym has a positive experience.Not only that, but Enoch and the other staff are great people and awesome to have a fun chat with.The gym has a really positive vibe to it, and even if you've never been to a gym before in your life - that is no problem, because the gym's own slogan Everybody fits in" is completely true. Its a very welcoming gym with great people there.I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone

Best gym with all the equipment needed. Great, friendly helpful owner. I always go back when I'm living local. Please check this gem out even if you only want cardio workouts. Treadmills, rowing machines and bikes with TV screens to entertain. If you need a Personal Trainer, these are available. Showers and toilets in house.Discount at the drive through coffee franchise with gym membership.

Love my local gym Ufit! Enoch the owner is super friendly, always around to offer an hand (or spot) and tinkering and upgrading the equip to make the experience even better. Painted walls, new plates and extra squat rack all in the last 2 months! If you’re in the Gaythorne /Keperra / Mitchie / Arana Hills area and looking for a gym I’d highly recommend this place.

Very relaxed and friendly environment for new and long standing members.Spacious floor plan with no crowding around the machines. The machines are all modern and kept clean.Owner is a top notch guy; always happy to help out new members.The best gym in the Northern Brisbane Metropolitan area~ and Ive tried a lot of them.
