It was such a pleasure to deal with Craig. A total professional, with excellent customer service skills. Craig did a fabulous job, and left our tired old bathroom looking amazing. Craig has been wonderful start to finish on our balcony that was in a real mess before he rescued it. We are amazed at how good it looks now! All thanks to his hard work and attention to detail. We were impressed by his expertise, enjoyed his presence and found him very easy to communicate with. He also worked on our showers 2 years ago and both are still looking great and with no leaks :). Happy we chose Craig and Tile Rescue!

Excellent Work and ServiceJust had the ensuite shower regrouted and main bathroom, laundry floor and separate toilet etc grouting cleaned up and a fresh coat applied by Tile Rescue Penrith.Right from the visit to quote to leaving after the work I could not fault Craig for his customer focus, friendly approach and his professionalism to the work. His attention to detail and, to my liking, an old fashioned ’’pride in workmanship’’ could not be faulted.What Craig promised to deliver he did exceeding our expectations – a brilliant outcome - and at a fair price I was more than happy to pay.Could not have asked for better.Would I recommend Tile Rescue Penrith and specifically Craig – sure would without hesitation.

Craig was very professional in all aspects. He replied to my enquiry for a quote very promptly and communicated as needed regarding the work. The quote was very reasonable. Craig regrouted our main bathroom and ensuite showers, installed new shower screens in both and coloured sealed the tiled floors throughout the house. It's amazing what a transformation the makeover has given to our home. Craig takes pride in his work and the results are excellent. Can highly recommend his services.
