Booked an appointment for a solar service. When the technician hadn't arrived at the appointed time, I texted to ask for an approximate eta and was immediately phoned and told the technician was running late. The tech never arrived and I never heard from them again. Most disappointing.Update: Since my review above, the contact person Dv and the manager rang and they were most apologetic. They organised an appointment for a service first thing on the next business day. Phil the technician has since been and he's done a great job.

My experience with Enviro has been very positive to date and they have listened to my needs. My journey with them is not yet completed however on this project, they have still to do the installation. If that comes in the committed timeframe with the expected expertise I shall be delighted!5 stars if all comes to fruition.

It is difficult to come to a rating. The physical installation is of a high quality. The problems are with everything else. Sales: Lazy. Time to installation was way beyond what was promised. I had to do all the chasing. New sales guy did help - a lot. Project management: Vague. No explanation of what would be done when; Emails would just pop in from somewhere with bits and pieces with a number being at variance with instructions and agreements; Lots of people doing little bits in silos without any apparent overall control. Installation: Top quality. Configuration: Poor. Functional problems detected within 24 hours by me; eventually traced to incorrect settings and out of date software and firmware. Service: Poor. Functional problem took three weeks to fix and then only due to me following up after two weeks of no communications. Communications: Very poor. When I chased up to see why my electricity supplier had not been told about the installation I was told that a certificate of electrical safety had not been received; two problems - a certificate had been sent to me 10 days earlier & no one cared that they hadn't received the certificate, they were just going to wait and wait and wait. No implementation milestones being managed to ensure that the full product is delivered and delivered on time.The problem here is that there is no client focus. Just a string of processes to be done but without co-ordination and control. There is no one responsible for the client as they move from Sales to Implementation to Service. Workflow management is poor. I have run complex service businesses for 40 years. These things are not easy. But they won't happen if you don't set out to do them.

Although there were some delays with communication re: installation of the HWS, overall these guys were great from start to finish esp Simon and the installers. Honest, professional and easy to deal with. Thanks : )

Dream tradies: tell you when they're coming, turn up on time, cheerful and polite, do their work thoroughly (even replacing a broken tile), explain what they've done, with before and after photos of the dirty solar panels, then told me how to understand the invertor better. All at a reasonable cost too. 5 stars.

We engaged EnviroGroup back in 2018 to design and install an off-grid solar power system for our new build in central Victoria. We have been completely satisfied with the system's performance. Recently EnviroGroup informed us that there had been a manufacturers recall on the batteries used in our system and ours needed to be replaced. On receiving the replacement batteries, EnviroGroup promptly installed the new batteries and took the old batteries away. They also performed a Safety Check to ensure that the system was working as it should. We can vouch for the professionalism and diligence of the EnviroGroup team. They were easy to work with and we would recommend them to others considering a similar system.
