Extremely disappointed with customer service. Manager was unnecessarily rude. Safe to say after many years coming here I will not be returning or buying gift vouchers after the treatment I have received.

I discovered Cocoon a week ago and I have been back twice since. The staff are very welcoming and warm. I was extremely impressed with the inferred sauna. I usually have to exit a standard sauna within about 10 minutes due to overheating, but the infrared sauna was a completely different experience and absolutely delightful! The different light options for skin health and relaxation are amazing. I also loved that you can even catch up on your favourite programs on Netflix or stream music directly from the inbuilt iPad or simply sit and enjoy the rare sound of peace and quiet. Will definitely be a regular now.

Love the aesthetics of the place.Male therapist Jordan was fantastic! The Heavenly massage I had was super relaxing and the perfect pressure. Highly recommend!

Wasn't as impressed as I was at Temple.Girl who showed me to my room didn't even shut the door as she left, quite rude and dismissive. Items left for me on the massage table I didn't even know what they were. She never explained. The bath water was ridiculously hot, I spent 10 mins of my allocated time trying to get a decent temp for me to be able to get in.The towels and robe smelled really bad too. The towel especially.Charging $110 for a relatively small bottle of oil is ridiculous. Their prices for these items was way over the top. No testers on the essential oils either so couldn't smell too see which I preferred.The lass who did my massage though was lovely, really enjoyed it. She was the only thing I would recommend.

When you walk in, you are greet with friendly staff. It has a lovely ambience. I had a massage and facial by the lovely Diedre. A relaxing and calming experience. My face had a glow by the end of it haha. Not sure what products they used but loved it. I wonder if its a Cocoon product? I'd buy it if I knew what it was.. Face looked refreshed. Overall, great experience and happy to recommend their services.

A place that's way overpriced. The quality of what they offer doesn't match the price. That's so sad, my hubby spent his money on a nice gift for my birthday and this place gave mediocre service. I don't recommend it.

I’ve had two treatments at Cocoon and thoroughly enjoyed them both! It’s a gorgeous building and unlike many you hear no outside noise. I love that they don’t make you go through the tedious forms that other places do not try and sell you products, that is just a plus for me!Both treatments have been extremely relaxing and all round amazing! From start to finish I had a beautiful experience and also loved that they actually do the designated time that you book for. A winner in my eyes! X
