The staff here are so helpful and friendly - they really make you feel comfortable when trying on clothes and gave heaps of good styling advice. This GP store is by far the best I have been too.The atmosphere as well is so nice and the music is fun, all round a great shopping experience.

Service is hit or miss depending on staff. That said, today I was in the store and was put off by how the two girls working were loudly complaining to each other about how customers kept saying they were just looking around". They then complained about only making $200 in the first two hours since opening. Well

Just got served by the rudest girl ever who scoffed in my face and laughed at me for asking if I could return something else later. Won’t be coming back!

Visit last Thursday, with two staff members working in a small store. I was completely ignored by staff and I was clearly trying to buy jeans and needed help. Even though they were only meters away, I didn't even a hello, rather was completely ignored and acted like I wasn't there, avoiding all eye contact. Finally, as I desperately tried to get eye contact to get permission to go in the changing rooms carrying a heavy pile of jeans, I got just a rude you can go in". Then ignored again. It was as if they were avoiding me all together. I never usually complain but this made me feel so uncomfortable and so unwelcome."

I purchased a jacket which I thought was leather, I tried to returned it.The sales assistant replied what do you expect for that price"i.e. $170.I then produced the receipt which I'd been given 3 hours before

I ordered a pair of vans from the website, was sent a pair of converse from the Broadway store. When i called the store for an exchange they advised me they didn't have stock and that I had to come in person to get a refund. No apology for the error or recognition for the inconvenience caused, felt transactional and cold. The brand has really gone downhill, not what it use to be... Retail is being disrupted by digital in a big way and there's no going back, the last thing you have to offer is customer service and human experience which seems to be missing in your store.

Best service I’ve received at any clothing store... ever. Wish it could be a bit bigger, but otherwise their denim selection in winter is awesome and the staff seem genuinely keen to help you find something that fits and suits - not just trying to get a sale. I’ve left multiple times without buying anything, it wasn’t the day for it, and other times with the perfect shoes or jeans.

23 Oct 22. Opened 8 minutes late. The lady opening the door couldn’t even look away from her phone long enough to get the door open properly. Both employees had their faces buried in their phones the whole time I was in the store, totally ignoring the customers. Won’t be back.

My friends and I came to the store on a normal Tuesday to do a refund/exchange and I saw on the main website that the store closes at 7pm so we went. The doors were already closed and we knocked on the door to ask the employee POLITELY if they were closed because the store was MEANT to close at 7pm. The employee says they close at 6:30pm while giving ATTITUDE. Maybe the main website just haven't updated the times of their stores, or maybe the employees make their own rules :)

Shout out to the woman in charge on the 17.03.23 at 12:30 for the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I needed a return but didn’t have the card it was paid for on which I understand why I wouldn’t be able to; but when I asked for other options she said she could do nothing at all besides me spend the money to send the return back. I then managed to get the card it was paid for on so came back in where she was then talking about me loudly to the other staff member. I let her know I had the card and instead of a valid reason she starts telling me if she does it she’d be fired??? and how I was threatening her job, like it was $100 shoes I’m sure it’s not that deep. I work in retail and know how important it is to offer the customer other options, obviously that’s not their objective in this store. It’s so frustrating when all I needed was just a helping hand and instead i’m faced with someone so disinterested in offering any assistance and was obviously more concerned with her KPIs.The reviews speak for themselves.
