I ordered a thin and crispy margherita and paid extra $2 over dollars for Sunday delivery. The pizza delivered was a classic size instead of the pizza I ordered and paid for. Domino's requested photos of it which I sent them. It took 2 days to resolve the issue as they never rand. It is not about the refund but about honouring what went wrong. The issue went from one manager to another. Today I spoke to Kavi whom told me he was the Manager and later denied he wasn't. Domino's policy is they can only refund a garlic bread in return of the surcharge and pizza. I called them the next day on Monday as it was late at night where I'm up early for work. Domino's initially told me the will credit or replace the order today but then said only a garlic bread in return. I was told I'll get a call back but noting came through. This is a true scam where customers are being manipulated for what we pay for. Bunch of con artists.

Have tried multiple stores, by far the best service we’ve received. It’s remarkable how they get the door for every customer even though it seemed busy.Will be back

My order was $25, and I only had a $50 note to give to the driver. He didn't have enough change, so I just said to give me what he had. Which was about $6.He then came back in his own car to give me the correct change.If that's not great customer service I don't know what is.

Last Saturday evening you had a young guy at the front counter - blonde/brown curly hair wearing hair net. He looked about 15/16.Was extremely polite, helpful and was gave excellent customer service. We ordered 6 pizzas and 4 sides. Everything was spot on.

25 minutes for a mini cheese pizza. It doesn't end there, first they said they missed my order and will be ready in couple of minutes, I went back after few minutes as my kids were in the car, I was literally handed over a customer returned pepperoni pizza that I see him returning in front of my eyes. And then the actual order was taken. I think I heard someone from the team saying sorry about that" that's what the one star is for"
