I would give less stars if I could. Abusive customer service and left client stranded after waiting in the heat for 45 minutes. Have never experienced such disgusting treatment from a business.

These Guys really know customer service! I had a totally dead battery that couldn't be jump started with a normal set of jumper leads. Roadside assistance had to use 2 jumper packs in series to get it going. That made it quite late. I had called ahead to to see if Battery World could replace it for me. They said if I arrived before 5 pm they would do it. I arrived at 4.59 and it was 8 degrees outside and they stayed back late for about 1/2 an hour and replaced it expertly. Could not ask for better treatment! I'll be recommending them to everyone!

The best experience.With no hope of getting my car out of my garage one morning, I called them and spoke to Kevin. He mentioned that they come to you with a new battery, test the old one and fit in the new one. A sheer relief for this Mum with 2 school aged kids, to know I was looked after with such a friendly and helpful person.Highly recommend them.Thank you Battery world Toowoomba.

This was easily the best experience we have had. Painless and hassle free. Literally leaps and bounds above where we were expecting.The team helped us replace a caravan battery in the rain with a days notice. They pulled the van in next to the shop and it was all done and dusted in an hour.They took the time to learn our names and were able to entertain the small people while fixing our van.The best experience of the trip so far!!!

10 STAR RATING IF WE COULD!!!After a well mannered phone call of enquiry, Kev gave me all the information I needed. This was so helpful after calling around all morning. I was worried to come to Battery World in thoughts of it being too expensive for my current budget but it was infact MUCH more affordable than what I had been quoted all morning by affordable stores".I should have come here first. I was met with excellent service by Michael at the desk and Kev checked and fitted my battery with no extra charge!!! Such beautiful men. What a wonderful step you've put in our day. Thank you so kindly guys!!!!"

Went in to buy a battery. Went home and couldn’t get the plate off to change it. Called Kev who couldn’t have been more helpful. He asked us to come back down so he could have a look. Even though he was about to go home for the day, he not only showed us how to get the battery fitted but did most of the work himself. No charge and a really friendly person. Would highly recommend both Kev and Battery World to anyone.

My experience this afternoon at Battery world was fantastic! I called in to get my battery checked, the guys diagnosed a fault, installed a new one in ten minutes and for a great price. It’s wonderful to have such terrific service. I highly recommend this business.
